以下是由大韓民國駐菲律賓大使館發出的菲律賓搭乘計程車指南

① Do not use a taxi alone after 9:00 pm, so be sure to take at least 2 people when you use the car.

晚上九點過後，不要獨自搭乘計程車

② Ride at a hotel, a large shopping mall, or a place where a security guard can record your car number (do not take in front of a bank, ATM or Currency Exchange)

盡量選大型購物中心外頭的排班計程車或是有服務人員可以幫你抄寫車牌號碼的飯店前搭乘(千萬不要選在銀行、提款機或是外幣兌換處前搭乘)

③ Before riding a taxi, be sure to check the taxi company, the plate number

搭乘前一定要檢查程計車輛公司名與車牌號碼

④ Upon taking a taxi, Make a phone call immediately with your friend in English and mention about your location so that taxi drivers can listen to your conversation.

搭上計程車時請馬上致電給友人並使用英文對話告知目前所在位置讓司機可清楚聽見您們的對話

⑤ Be sure to sit in the back seat of a taxi, someone may be hiding in front seat So please check the front seat when you ride a taxi..

搭乘計程車時，請乘坐在後座，並檢查車上是否有司機以外的人

⑥ There is a taxi which illegally modified that the passengers can not open the door by themselves so check the doors if it can be manually open and lock.

有些非法改裝計程車會讓乘客無法從車內打開車門，所以上車前請先確保車門是否可以正常使用

⑦ Never drink and take snack and candy offered by taxi driver

絕對不要飲用司機請的飲料或零食、糖果、口香糖…等

⑧ You should get off immediately in a safe place such as a police station or gas station in case that you recognize danger or harmful acts by the driver.

若您發現有異常情況請選擇在安全的地方下車，例如警察局或加油站以免司機對您做出威脅動作

⑨ Especially, if you feel something strange in a taxi, such as a taxi driver who frequently sends text messages while driving, an overly friendly driver, Tell them your plan of getting off in a natural(normal) way to avoid misunderstanding.

若您感到異常狀況，例如計程車司機太過熱情或是過於頻繁的使用短信，請以自然(正常)的方式要求下車以避免造成誤解

⑩ Despite taking this measures, if a taxi driver commits a crime Don’t resist. It can come with a gun or a weapon. Report to the embassy or the Philippine Police immediately after getting off.

若真的遇上危險突發狀況，也請不要跟司機起正面衝突。因為司機身上可能藏有刀、槍等武器。請下車後立即向大使館或菲律賓警局報案
